The sage told the king that the tenth Guru, Guru Gobind Singh Ji, was sitting on the throne of Guru Nanak Devi Ji Maharaj at Sri Anandpur Sahib. Go to them and request that they will help you. I will also do darshan of Guru Ji in the last days of my life. Raja Medani Prakash obeyed the sage's request and sent his Wazir to Guru Ji at Sri Anandpur Sahib. Accepting the request, Guru Gobind Singh Ji Maharaj arrived in Nahan State along with his family and a group of 500 Sikhs and laid the foundation stone of Sri Paonta Sahib in 1685 (Maghar Sangrand) at the request of Raja Medani Prakash.
